The whole rack uses international standard square tube ,the tube dimension is 40*40*2mm thickness , angle iron is with seamless welding, surface is under high temperature spray treatment after polishing, it is anticorrosive and anti-aging, does not fade, etc., the bottom of the rack is equipped with universal self-locking casters, convenient for the rack movement teaching. 
Control panel with pure aluminum plate, control panel is painted with color and intuitive electronic control system schematic which is consistent with the original vehicle control system, and with manual and experiment guide books.


With engine: four-stroke motorcycle engine 100-125cc instrument: secret key type ignition switch, subsystems: air cooling system, with 1L tank capacity fuel system, electrical system: headlights, rear lights, continuous lights & signal lights ignition: CDI system has a complete color circuit schematic panel, external detection terminals, intelligent fault setting box assembly, removable stand, manual and experiment guide book.
The bench enables students to understand the basic structure and working principle of the motorcycle engine, and understand each sensor and actuator position and working principle through the object. Set common faults of the engine through the computer terminals on the panel, through the fault display, students do fault analyzing, detection and diagnosis training, which can cultivate students’ fault analysis, detection and diagnosis thinking ability.
